As we all navigate through the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, I want to personally assure you that White Crown Federal Credit Union’s top priority is the health and safety of our members, employees and community. We are monitoring recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, plus our local Colorado health officials.
We are here to support our members during difficult times. For this reason, we will be restricting foot traffic access in our lobbies until further notice.
Effective Friday, March 20, we will temporarily not offer CO-OP shared branching services to guest shared branching members at our White Crown branches. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are a member of a credit union that is part of the CO-OP network, you may continue to use our ATMs as part of the CO-OP network.
Effective Monday, March 23rd, the following changes will be enacted:
Our staff will be available by phone at 303-534-4448 from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday to assist you with your financial needs and to answer any questions.
Night Drop Box
Use our night drop box for deposits and loan payments. We will check it periodically and apply payments.

Online and Mobile Banking are available when you need them 24/7 and are easy, secure ways to check your balances and transfer funds.

Other Resources for Members
Taking care of our members is our main priority here at White Crown Federal Credit Union. These times are challenging for all of us and some of our members may find themselves facing financial difficulties and uncertainty. To help you during this difficult time, we have reactivated our Skip-A-Payment program.
Our Skip-A-Pay program allows members to defer payments on eligible loans for up to 60 days (credit cards and mortgage products are excluded). Call (303) 534-4448 or apply online here.
Stay Safe From Scams
Phishing and other scams are on the rise with the coronavirus (COVID-19). Remember, phishing emails are often designed to look like they’re from a legitimate source, but they contain malicious links. Please take care to review your emails carefully before you click on a link and never open attachments from unknown sources.
Phone scammers are also using the coronavirus (COVID-19) to try to steal personal information from people during this vulnerable time. This includes scammers calling from numbers that appear to be from White Crown Federal Credit Union. Remember, never give out personal information over the phone. If someone claims to be from a reputable organization, hang up the call, go to the organization’s website, and get their phone number and call them yourself.
With so many scams circulating during the coronavirus (COVID-19), it’s more important than ever to monitor your accounts. Log in to online banking often to stay aware of any suspicious activity. Staying informed helps you protect yourself.

We understand that you may wish to maintain social distancing, but still have financial transactions to conduct.
Your White Crown account offers free account access to the CO-OP Shared Branch Network, and many locations offer drive through service. Although these are not White Crown branches, they will be happy to serve you and can handle basic transactions on your White Crown accounts.

At White Crown Federal Credit Union, the health, safety and experience of our members and employees is our top priority. Like all businesses, we are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The safety and security of all is our number one priority, and we can only achieve this with your help.
As of Monday, March 16th, our Boeing/Jeppesen branch, located at 55 Inverness Dr East, Englewood, CO 80112 will be temporarily closed until further notice due to the building being closed. Our Downtown Denver branch at 2001 Lincoln, Suite 100, Denver, CO 80202 remains open and operating as normal. We will update our website with new information as it comes available.
As suggested by the CDC and other health authorities, our cleaning crews have enhanced their cleaning routine, including extra time spent on door handles and other public surfaces. We have also increased our internal cleaning routines of wiping down common areas and our ATM surfaces. Hand sanitizer is also available for our members.
If you exhibit flu-like symptoms, such as respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath or breathing difficulties, we please ask you to use caution and to do your banking online until you are feeling better or cleared by a medical professional.
Please be aware, should any person show signs of illness, our staff may ask that individual to perform their banking needs through other means.
If you wish to visit in-person but not come inside the branch you are welcome to use the night drop at our Downtown Denver branch at 2001 Lincoln, Suite 100, Denver, CO 80202 for deposits, and we will check it multiple times throughout the day.

We will make every effort to keep our Downtown Denver location operational for our members and thank you in advance for your help in ensuring the safety of our employees, members, and the wider community.
